- Recently acquired by Automated Industrial Robotics (AIR), now operating as AIR Silicon Valley - Decent turnover rate — several employees have been with the company for 20–25+ years, which says a lot about loyalty and stability -Friendly and collaborative team culture - Some upper management genuinely look out for their employees — they give credit where it’s due and occasionally take the blame to protect their team, which is rare in the Bay Area - Calm and respectful workplace with supportive coworkers

- Still running on SYSPRO, an old and sluggish ERP system (though this might improve post-AIR acquisition) - Management hierarchy feels loosely structured — more clarity, accountability, and long-term planning would help - 5 days fully on-site for roles that could easily be hybrid - Starting and temp position salaries are on the lower end, and career progression can feel slow (may improve with AIR integration) - Internal processes and workflows could be modernized — too many manual steps that slow productivity
