Pros
This company definitely stands out amongst other companies as being very oriented around caring for their employees. I can't speak for how it might be in other departments but at least in the department I work with, the atmosphere is very welcoming and even entertaining yet productive at the same time. There is amazing communication between co-workers within my department. It really helps to break off the feel of a regular 9-5 job.
Cons
Like every company, there is always room to improve and I believe that with ODI, they still lack key elements before they can really reach a higher potential. The structure of certain things and the pay can vary depending on the employee and for some that is fair while others unfortunately don't get appreciated enough for their hard work.
