Pros
After 11 years at Salesforce, I didn't think I would have another opportunity that would be as good as that. But my first two years at OwnBackup have been better and we are growing faster than my first two years at Salesforce! We have doubled every SAAS metric in both 2020 and 2021 with the intent of doing it again in 2022!
Cons
When people ask me what's going right at OwnBackup, I answer everything. But, with a better, better, never best mindset, there are always things that we can fix or do better. So if you're comfortable being uncomfortable, then this is a place you can make a difference.
