- Sales targets are ambitious and if you don’t retire your quota, you are out the next day. - Get ready to take calls at every hour of the day or the night. - Must work from office at least 3 days a week. Mandatory office presence can be 5 days a week for more junior positions. - Parental leave is only 8 weeks. - HQ is ruthless. No respect towards people, no second changes given. - After laying off 95% of the original sales team at the beginning of this year, they started a hiring frenzy to get a new team up and running. Despite everyone was ahead of their number, in November 2022 we were ALL made redundant out of the blue. No explanation given.
