Pros

One of OwnBackup's core vales is "culture is as important as results" and in my experience here this value holds true. Most people you see on a daily basis are in a super pleasant mood, and really care about make our workplace a positive place to be! On top of coworkers making our workplace enjoyable, the company will often sponsor happy hours, pop up coffee shops, donut days, and even summertime ice cream trucks. These little treats on top of things like free catered lunches, and great coffee around every corner really makes OwnBackup a truly enjoyable place to work!

Cons

Everyone organization will have their cons, for me cross functional communication between our global teams can be tricky. Sometimes seeing a slack message from somebody in London may brighten my phone at 3:00am. But that's to be expected with a global organization.
