Pros

-market leading data backup product to sell to Salesforce customers -sales training & tools for AE’s -private health insurance reimbursed -milestone cash bonuses in contract during 6-month ramp up -opportunity for equity in the company

Cons

-Just over 12 months after Australian (ANZ) operations commenced, and with no strategy, no support, no marketing, ANZ is underperforming. So HQ purged the entire ANZ sales team. They got rid of everyone in sales (except managers!). Then hired a bunch of replacement sales reps only to purge them too, 6 months later. This place is a graveyard for sales reps. -You’re just a line item on a spreadsheet here. Meaning no one feels their job is safe. As such managers will absolutely throw reps under the bus to buy themselves some extra time on this sinking ship. -Massively over hired sales reps relative to the total addressable market. -Go-to-market strategy outside the USA is a blank sheet of paper. -Endless lip service about HQ's commitment to ANZ operations but they never spent a cent here. Unsurprisingly, 2 years after launching, ANZ operations are basically shut down. -Many reps were ex-Salesforce and well connected within the Salesforce ecosystem which should make selling into Salesforce customers a slam dunk, however, sales territories were created with zero forethought and a copy & paste quota from the US, resulting in capable & experienced sales reps being set up to fail from the start.
