      - Incredibly transparent and highly capable leadership team. - We are empowered to build a cutting-edge people function. - Least bureaucratic place I've ever worked, everyone is moving in the same direction - Great culture and just keeps getting better despite the crazy scaling.

      Cons

      - Being remote it's easy to feed into a cycle of FOMO if you don't set your boundaries, and easily overwork - but Oyster helps give you the skills to manage this.

      Genuinely great culture with an amazing, supportive team. High level of transparency, strong values, and leadership that truly cares. Solid benefits and perks, plus meaningful work that actually makes an impact.

      Cons

      Like many growing startups, plans are often built while flying — so resilience and adaptability are a must. There are also occasional gaps in cross-functional communication, though things continue to improve as the company scales.

      Working Remote and Flexible work hours are great

      Cons

      Nobody hits quota, and the promotions are usually just a title change. Only 1 AE in the past 3-4 years has been promoted to another higher role.
