- Incredibly transparent and highly capable leadership team. - We are empowered to build a cutting-edge people function. - Least bureaucratic place I've ever worked, everyone is moving in the same direction - Great culture and just keeps getting better despite the crazy scaling.

Cons

- Being remote it's easy to feed into a cycle of FOMO if you don't set your boundaries, and easily overwork - but Oyster helps give you the skills to manage this.

My manager is incredible and helped me grow so much. The company has some excellent operators at the leadership level.

Cons

Remote isn’t for everyone and having fewer colleagues in my country means I don’t have the same opportunity to meet up with them.
