Pros

The people are usually great to work with.

Cons

Without saying anything bad about specific people: The pay was dismal. It took 2 years to get a raise just to get paid the same as starting salary at other companies. Not much upper movement in the company. And you are replaceable at all times. The last 2 years I worked there they didn't have a Christmas party. One girl was told it was prohibited to get a birthday card signed for a coworker because it could make other people feel "left out" if they didn't get a card on their birthday.

Pros

This was my very first internship! Everyone is so nice and so welcoming. Being able to work on projects with a team for the company help get the aspect in the business world and I love it. I loved Interning there, and having the opportunity to test out my major (Digital Marketing). After the Internship I decided I did not want to change my major. Everyone there values *teamwork*. I learned a lot about the company and most importantly different types of flowers! I believe if you want to Intern here or work here in general you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and work with amazing people.

Pros

Beautiful scenery and good food at times. Occasionally meet interesting new people. Other production department members were awesome.

Cons

Everything else. I was warned by some professional acquaintances about the difficult nature of P. Allen himself and the hostile work environment he creates. I didn't listen because I needed work, but after the first year I realized that everything I'd heard about him being hard to work for was true. He fosters a volatile work environment to "keep people on their toes" but in reality all it does is make team morale so low that it doesn't even exist. Like most narcissists, he doesn't value anyone's time or hard work and only seems to have a use for people who cater to his enormous ego. Highest turnover of any job I've been in, and that includes the service industry.
