It's a job, better than starving
Cons
The CEO has gone insane, fired three people out of 20 in three months. Two with no warning. Now he is trying to hire for the same positions, but cheaper AND expanding their responsibilities. He's now ranting that he can't find good employees, despite wanting more work for less. Everyone is preparing to jump ship.
If you're homeless, this would be a step up. Otherwise look other places.
