I was only with the company for 6 weeks. I was given a vague write up about my "performance" about 4 weeks into it. If someone is struggling at a new job, 4 weeks in that has something to do with the person who is teaching. When I asked for feedback about my progress, my inquiry was ignored. And when I was fired, there was no details, explanation, or compassion about my situation and my efforts.
I thought that was weird because my mistakes were both minor and fixable... my manager, on the other hand, sent out a bunch of cards without encoding on them and they let that slide... it was weird.
I caught someone doing fraud and they didn't acknowledge it. Expect 0 credit if you do anything right and they will make you feel like a horrible person when you accidentally do something wrong.... (even if that's how they taught you to do it. If your supervisor doesn't approve of you, you're pretty much screwed.
