The CFO and recruiting team are very upfront with all our new hires and obtain positive confirmation from new hires that they are willing to help while we look for more employees. Our goal is to spread the work out evenly so all accounting staff can enjoy work-life balance as we grow and create more employment opportunities for our team. We have constantly been at the top of the best places to work and have always maintained an open-door policy. Our CEO is on-site and accessible to all employees. Due to COVID, the CFO has worked remotely for the last 2 ½ years. At P2S, we are committed to a respectful working environment.
