P2S is somewhat disappointing.

Pros

1. The CEO and COO exhibit exceptional competence. 2. The benefits package is highly favorable. 3. The working environment is pleasant and inviting.

Cons

1. Some teams in the company are excellent, while others are very poor. There is no Unified management standard, and each team operates independently. 2. There are some individuals in the company who are very incompetent. Even if employees have numerous complaints, the company continues to retain them and dismisses the reliability of a 360 review. 3. Irresponsible project managers. A significant number of project managers in the company exhibit no sense of responsibility. They merely act as "email forward machines" and neglect their coordination duties. They even leave work early while engineers are working overtime to prepare deliverables, leaving the engineer responsible for submission. 4.Incompetent engineers serving as leads. These individuals lack guidance, fail to prepare for meetings in advance, and engage in freestyle discussions with clients. If they provide incorrect answers, they shift the blame onto others.

Pros

office looked nice, fun events, cool christmas gifts. great career opportunities if they like you and u like working 60+ hours/week. benefits were standard - nothing to get excited over.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Like zero. CFO was absolutely nuts: she would yell at her staff with see through doors and thin walls thinking no one could hear or see her?? she said multiple times i couldn't talk directly to the president that i had to go through her - sketchy.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Our company has been experiencing growth over the year, necessitating our accounting staff to work more hours during the month-end closing process. The CFO and recruiting team are very upfront with all our new hires and obtain positive confirmation from new hires that they are willing to help while we look for more employees. Our goal is to spread the work out evenly so all accounting staff can enjoy work-life balance as we grow and create more employment opportunities for our team. We have constantly been at the top of the best places to work and have always maintained an open-door policy. Our CEO is on-site and accessible to all employees. Due to COVID, the CFO has worked remotely for the last 2 ½ years. At P2S, we are committed to a respectful working environment. We wish you luck in your future endeavors and hope you find a working environment that most closely aligns with your values.

Pros

P2S is still a good place to work. The management is reasonably fair, compassionate, and engaged with staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and works hard. HR tries to care and create policies that facilitate flexibility.

Cons

The acquisition by Legence has significantly eroded the company, our work-life balance, and our happiness. Healthcare costs have risen 2-3x, they've gutted performance documentation procedures, made project financials a performative exercise, added significant uncertainty to future performance-based incentives, added uncertainty of the opportunity for advancement, and limited our day-to-day tools in the interest of "security" when in reality we already followed best practices. Legence has pushed for higher utilization metrics but stymied our ability to process and deliver projects efficiently. Arbitration agreements will keep issues hidden and fail to hold the company responsible. Many top-performers have already left or are strongly considering their options.
