Pros
Free Drinks Senior recruiters get a large, nice office. Generous at Christmas time. Free use of a laptop and cell phone while employed with Paladin.
Cons
Sales executives are very inexperienced. One individual made it from entry level recruiter to Account Executive in 1 year. As a senior recruiter, it can be challenging to work with such inexperienced Account Executives. Also, the Account Executives ARE in charge, not the highly paid management team. I am not sure what they do. For the most part, management has worked ONLY at Paladin, therefore are VERY limited on their experience. They've learned their management skills through books and not actual experience. No matter what you do, it's never enough. They expect you to work nights, weekends, holidays, 24/7. I was asked to work 8am - 9pm several times, and also asked to work many holidays and weekends as well. They will try to convince you that it will add money to your pocket by working so many hours, but in reality, it doesn't. When I came to work everyday, I would hope and pray I would get in a wreck just so I didn't have to be there. I felt being injured in a hospital bed was more appealing than working at Paladin. This place is a joke of a company and I would highly suggest going elsewhere.
