Pros

laptop and iphone, and the occasional drinks in the fridge

Cons

It's funny that the only positive reviews you read seem to be from someone in H.R that's trying hard to prop up the image of this sub par company with extremely high turnover.

Our HR organization is committed to our employees and we seek feedback from all our employees on a quarterly basis via our confidential NPS survey. We see positive feedback on our NPS surveys consistent with the positive feedback found on Glassdoor. We are passionate about our people and supporting their career, success, and job satisfaction. Anyone who works at Paladin knows that we seek their feedback and it is not necessary to go to Glassdoor and be anonymous. Unfortunately, this posting is consistent in writing style, interpersonal skills, and grammatical errors with that of a poor performer that we recently released.

Pros

Free cell phone & laptop to use while you work there offices & building free breakfast on occasion & drinks good database

Cons

The only person that says anything good about this place is the worst person at Paladin *hint hint* Turn over rate is unreal - The last two months at Paladin: 4 people get fired, 2 weeks later 5 more get fired, then 3 weeks later 9 people get fired. And you would think this would be because these people are lazy or bad employees, but no, nobody is really safe, with the exception of 2 particular people. Expectations are high and management is worthless and apathetic. The man in charge could care less about the internal & external employees, you are just a number, just like the next. I wish I would have known this before I ever considered working at Paladin.

Pros

Free Drinks Senior recruiters get a large, nice office. Generous at Christmas time. Free use of a laptop and cell phone while employed with Paladin.

Cons

Sales executives are very inexperienced. One individual made it from entry level recruiter to Account Executive in 1 year. As a senior recruiter, it can be challenging to work with such inexperienced Account Executives. Also, the Account Executives ARE in charge, not the highly paid management team. I am not sure what they do. For the most part, management has worked ONLY at Paladin, therefore are VERY limited on their experience. They've learned their management skills through books and not actual experience. No matter what you do, it's never enough. They expect you to work nights, weekends, holidays, 24/7. I was asked to work 8am - 9pm several times, and also asked to work many holidays and weekends as well. They will try to convince you that it will add money to your pocket by working so many hours, but in reality, it doesn't. When I came to work everyday, I would hope and pray I would get in a wreck just so I didn't have to be there. I felt being injured in a hospital bed was more appealing than working at Paladin. This place is a joke of a company and I would highly suggest going elsewhere.
