Pros

*All the previous reviews are lies. Employees scared into providing a 5 star review. I'm sorry, but no company will ever be 5 stars, especially this place.* You learn real fast that the "fake" family atmosphere is anything but real. Management does not care about you, what you have going on outside of work, your health, nothing. If any of that negativity impacts the firm, prepared to be fired, but only after they make sure to give you all your write ups so you can't get them for wrongful termination. Oh and don't forget the NDA your forced to sign as to the real reason you're being fired and threatened that if you break the NDA they will sue you. If you don't sign it don't expect your final paycheck. There's no way you can fight a gang of attorneys?! 😂 You are expendable and replaceable. It doesn't matter if you've worked here for 10 months or 10 years, they will still fire you. Doesn't matter all the things you may have accomplished while working there or how many cases you saved or if you put your job before yourself and your family. It will never matter.

Cons

-The pay; -The way you're treated; -The workload; -Big Brother watching over your shoulder; -Office Politics and Cliques; -Your health will decline significantly; -You will age so fast; -You will have panic attacks daily, if not multiple a day; -You will live paycheck to paycheck if you're lucky; I could go on and on, but hopefully you get the point.

Professional but friendly and fun work environment.

Fast paced because of the demand. The pace does impact the training process!

Pros

Lunch program is nice. Seems really fishy a large firm like this has so few reviews

Cons

I came here from another role in hopes to furthering my skills but I heavily regret it now. I was shoehorned into a very narrow role with little room to grow. I never even had enough work to do in my short time, and trying to take initiative and take on new responsibilities led to negative treatment. All the while communication is terrible - they will smile in your face and tell you good job when they do not mean it. They do not care about quality work, they only care about the status quo and how well you can toe the line. Do not step on managements' toes. -Pay is not good. -Extreme micromanagement. You are required to log your entire day down to the minute. Are you serous?? Big brother will track all your computer activity and let you hear about it. -Terrible benefits. You won't even have PTO until 2 full years after being there. -Extremely cliquey workplace. Lawyers will very loudly talk about their clients, often in a negative way. I heard these guys shout derogatory slurs about their clients on a daily basis. Very toxic place to be. To this point, I know for sure if I am ever in need of an injury attorney this place would not be it. -Not an inclusive environment for people of color. Lacks diversity and shows bias in treatment of staff. Just happy I can sleep better at night knowing I no longer work for leadership that constantly lets the Antelope Valley down.
