Dynamic workplace - Anonymous employee PC Dreams Employee Review

During my internship at PC Dream, I had the opportunity to explore a wide range of roles and responsibilities offered to me. Whenever I encountered with uncertainty my supervisor, Darick, would take the time to explain where I went wrong and guiding me toward the correct approach. The full-time team consistently made an effort to create a welcoming and enjoyable work environment, even during slower or more routine periods.

There time that the task assigned were repetitive.

The employees there is very kind and respectful towards you.

When I went in for the first day I ask the supervisor where am I suppose to sit he said use your common sense for the next few months I had to find sit for myself (I do not even have a proper chair which is fine but the problem is there is no proper working environment for me to even work) as they didn’t even provide a sit or a desk for me ,firstly the work environment is so small and it’s squeezing with 7 interns at one point which is absurd if you seen how small the space is. The supervisor is very harsh on interns I mean I know that some interns might be slacking and all but the supervisor words are extremely harsh at certain points.
