Pros
> Colleagues of similar levels are very nice people and its easy to develop a bond with them > As with most SMEs, there are a lot of opportunity to learn new things > Its never a boring day at work, you are always doing something. > Willing to modify my working hours when I got accepted to a part time diploma.
Cons
> Management loves to micro-manage. > Manager tends to look at you using the shop's CCTV to an almost unhealthy degree (Personally that's what I feel, but I digress) > 6 day work week, (I was taking a part time diploma at that time so on some days they let me off early)
