      you appreciate any other job you've had and hated

      Cons

      everything. abusive boss. the bank will randomly seize random bNk accounts for no reason and these poor people come in and there is nothing anyone can do. the bank has decided to keep every cent they have banked and will not get it back ever. I have seen babies who needed meds not get it because the bank decided to siexe an account for no reason and the employees are left to explain. heartbreaking. no staff perks no lunches or team building or staff meetings

      Pros

      No toxicity, overall healthy work environment. Lots of areas to learn from. Salary is fair.

      Cons

      Salary is fair but health insurance, bonus and RRSP matching are generally below average. Work-life balance is not good during busy seasons, it is not expected to work on weekends but the load of work so that overtime is a must. Office location is not the greatest so expect longer commute. Also its expected to be 4x a week in office.
