      Work is crazy especially when the system that is being used is outdated. You would have to go through multiple layers of approvals just to get something low in value approved for purchase

      they will never fire you even you can't do your job

      Cons

      I don't have any cons but I can give pros: once you get in, you will retire at same rate. Even if you die they will pay you salary for few years at same rate that you got in.
