      Pros

      - You get your own seat and table - Salary can be ok when you're lucky - Big projects from government are won (due to low price, empty promises and even lower quality)

      Cons

      - Gave one star because that's the lowest rating - Everyone is nice but big culture of not telling the truth - No solid skillset - Big culture of blanking others - People pretend they are busy and important but shirk from responsibility - A lot of politics and "yes" men/women - No career progression - don't bother if you're hardworking - Hard to jump if you stay too long

      they will never fire you even you can't do your job

      Cons

      I don't have any cons but I can give pros: once you get in, you will retire at same rate. Even if you die they will pay you salary for few years at same rate that you got in.
