Pros
Good pay for fresh graduate and the co-workers are great to work with and some of the Team Leaders are great. Hybrid Workplace.
Cons
Required and forced overtime (sometimes even the need to work Saturday or Sunday), responsibilities of a Team Leader can be given to a new employee like me as there are not enough senior employees as they do not care if they resign. No clear hierarchy and no clear direction on what our job is for the first 3 months.
