Temp, short term, 7 days/week

Well paid, interesting work. Remote option during Pandemic. Smaller teams were closer and worked with great folks. Original project lead was great, client-centered, but changed mid-way.

Project started without project management, so some days were slow work followed by days that were 14+ hours. This improved as they brought in project management. Management and hiring for the project did not reflect the diversity required for the project's orientation. The output demand could be grueling; perhaps not sustainable over time, but fine for a well-paid sprint. Felt like a gun for hire, but at least a well-reimbursed one.
