Pros
I loved my team lead/ supervisor.
Cons
- no PTO - no benefits - they throw you to the wolves in training and even if your whole class expresses they don’t feel comfortable moving on they still force us out - upper management is very sassy, has attitude problems and doesnt listen. - they don’t honor work emergencies so if you need to get a emergency root canal make sure you do it before work - they monitor your bathroom breaks even if you have a health restriction that causes you to go to bathroom - HR is a joke, they told me to provide a note from my doctor to have longer bathroom breaks. I sent the note, got a response a week later telling me I’ve exhausted my bathroom time but they took forever to respond to my note? - 5 minutes of bathroom time a day - it’s like highschool
