      Fun to travel to different parts of the country for events.

      Cons

      Very clique-y. Not a lot of room to grow. Communication is not clear - a lot of silos in the organization and politics.

      I am not completely sure of any

      Play favorites. Management more like a clique. Talk to you like a child. Management talks to each other behind your back and its super obvious Working here was just a very poor sad experience for me. I did find a challenging and so amazing position after this with lifelong friends and knowledge!
