The operations manager, management team, and owner of PDQ Car Wash are well-experienced and knowledgeable, creating a supportive management structure. The team at PDQ Car Wash is exceptional, contributing to a collaborative and friendly workplace. PDQ Car Wash is more than just a workplace for me; it's like a family. The overall job satisfaction among the staff is high, and I can attest to that personally. The positive work environment, supportive leadership, and team collaboration are just some of the factors that make PDQ Car Wash an excellent place to work.

The only drawback, a light-hearted one, is the need for a larger team. Given the fantastic work environment, more hands would enhance efficiency.

Flexible schedule. On Sundays, we were only open until 5 pm, making it especially nice in the summer. Many cleaning tasks were simple and changed up the workday, which was nice. Made commission on Clean Freq sales.

Had to work on holidays. Selling Clean Freqs was challenging at times, as many of our customers at our location were already Clean Freq members.
