Pros
Office Management and client support are a huge factor in making my position such a gratifying and rewarding experience. I love to know that what I do makes a difference in people’s lives because of how well I am able to maintain the utmost functionality, organization, communication and overall well being and happiness of our clients, patients, interns, psychotherapists and the founder of the site as well.
Cons
With said Management position of successfully maintaining functionality comes of course the heavy load of complete and total responsibility -good and bad all the same. If something positive surfaces and results in advancement for the company, it is my (favorable) responsibility and most likely the direct effect of my efforts. However, anything that happens to be a negative effect, must also be a responsibility I take as well jut the same.
