      Experience doing more than what your JD says. You have a lot of freedom to execute how you wish and try new approaches.

      Cons

      Unbearable favoritism and stepping on other’s careers to advance your own. The HR department will not help you as they are active participants in this culture.

      Smart people and opportunity to move around the portfolio companies and new projects if you raise your hand. Beautiful office space,

      Demanding environment with very high expectations (can be unrealistic).
