      Competitive Salary, good benefits, stable company with no layoffs. Management commitment to growing and developing workforce through Apprenticeship programs and money for training from state of Missouri.

      Work isn't hard and you're always busy

      Sometimes when people call in or don't show up for work you have to run additional machines.

      The pay was good. Benefits were decent.

      Cons

      In my time as a process technician at Permian all I did was set molds. The management style appears to be choas. Management's promises mean nothing, that is an observation of watching them promise positions and advancement to other employees and never deliver.
