      Upper management only cares about themselves! it is a revolving door of hiring...maybe they should look at themselves and see what the real issues are!

      Pros

      Great products! The things they manufacture are right up there with the best. There are some very talented people that work at PFERD.

      Cons

      The management is taking a lot of challenges on all at the same time which is not allowing them the opportunity to really train during the on boarding process.
