The management is approachable, team members are helpful, and projects involve modern technologies that help developers expand their skills. I gained valuable hands-on experience and enjoyed working with talented colleagues.
Cons
As a growing company, some processes can still be refined and documentation could be more comprehensive in certain areas. However, these are relatively minor issues and did not significantly impact my overall experience.
