Pros
Great people - everyone is really close and work as a team to achieve targets, great rivalry between the Manchester and London offices, (Manchester are the best!). Really good incentives, they match £ for £ even after you've hit target to keep you motivated. I really liked the promotional structure, its really clear how you can progress in the company, and increase your basic salary every 3 months as well as earning uncapped commission. They grew very quickly during my time there and now I know they're conquering America now with international opportunities available. I was there for 2 years and was promoted twice, even got myself my own car parking space! Gutted to have left but needed to due to relocation. It really opens doors for you in terms of earning potential as you kind of get used to the increased income and makes you work hard to maintain it.
Cons
hard work, not the easiest role I've ever had and I sometimes had to work longer than you're standard 9-5 now and again but the rewards make it completely worth it.
