Pros

Really good product, nice offices, great games room, good social life if that's what you want within your workplace.

Cons

Not sure where to start as there are that many........ Alarm bells should've been ringing from the start after PHMG's internal recruiters (Who contacted me to work for them by the way) weren't honest from the start regarding hours that were required in the MDE role. , despite being involved in a sales environment for a number of years. The contracted hours were 8:30am-6pm but you were expected to be in for 8am and stay later than 6pm. If you didn't, it was frowned upon. If you didn't do this, you were expected to do more work at home during the evenings and at weekends where you were expected to do your own sourcing. I agree with the Managers that this does make life easier for yourself within the job but the pressure put upon you for this is unreal. As one previous review said, you could spend a couple of hours on a Sunday evening doing this 'sourcing', get as many as 200 leads to put through for yourself, only to be told on the Monday morning that you can only call 15 of them. In the 7 months that I worked here, I basically had no life outside of this place, I was setting off for work at 6am, getting home at 8pm, sourcing for leads before bed everyday between Monday and Friday. Add Sunday evening on to this as well. You were then expected to go out for drinks on the Friday night, awkward atmosphere with certain people on the Monday if you didn't. You then may have had a charity function/event to attend on the Saturday or Sunday on top of this, that you were expected to attend too. YCNMIU! The atmosphere can be good at times in the office but you don't dare look at a Manager/Team Leader the moment you end a call as you will be asked 'Why are you not on the phone?' Oh and don't ever be on hold on a call either as you will be asked why you're not on the phone? Make sure you stand up when pitching too as you need to announce to the whole of the floor that you are on the phone to a prospect. Sitting down, pitching in what may be your natural way and the way that you feel you get the best results is not tolerated so make sure you are prepared to stand up and pitch for the majority of your day. You are basically treated like a child in this respect. A 'Revolving door' is definitely a way to describe this place, the amount of times you'd see one of your colleagues making the dreaded walk of death to a side office to get given their marching orders, with the Manager coming back seconds later to collect their coat and belongings for them. This seemed to happen at least a couple of times per week in this place. As said by other reviews, extra training was done within your lunch break and even on a Saturday (This is no lie). There is just no need to constantly belittle staff in front of people. Your staff know if they're not performing or producing the goods but the constant need to make people feel so bad for not hitting targets is not on. This is an opinion shared by people who still work there. Some of these Managers here lack serious people skills. The constant need to shave every morning, it is absolutely ridiculous. I get the need that they don't want scruffs working in their office but if you're shaving once every couple of days to keep the facial hair presentable, that should be more than enough. No, these want you to shave just the very second before you leave your house in the morning and they can tell (Trust me, they can) if you dare have your last shave the night before. Bare minimum of 20 days annual leave is given and you are made to feel like you have just been to the toilet on the bosses desk when requesting a holiday. I'm not sure if the good reviews on here are fake and but I would not be at all surprised if they are as I find it hard to believe that as many people as this are as happy as what these reviews have made them out to be.

Pros

My experience at PHMG has been such a fun and rewarding opportunity, especially for someone with little to no experience in sales. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and build confidence while being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed. The culture is one of my favorite parts. Everyone is very welcoming and approachable, always willing to answer questions or offer advice. Since it’s a great starting point for someone new to sales, you never feel like you’re figuring things out alone. The team is supportive, and there are so many opportunities to learn from the people around you. I’ve also really enjoyed the networking opportunities and getting to connect with so many different people across the company. PHMG does a great job creating a fun environment where people work hard but also enjoy what they do. Overall, it’s been an amazing place to start a sales career and build a strong foundation. The skills, relationships, and experience you gain here can set you up for success in future sales roles as well.

Cons

none! I loved my time here.

Pros

PHMG is a great place to breakout in a sales role and gain experience. They offer a 15 week training program called the Academy, where you get first hand coaching, product knowledge and training, and dive head first into an SDR role with constant feedback and support. You also get the commission you earn right away, with a lot of potential to earn extra cash and fun events such as President's club. I was able to attend after my first month and they really want you to experience the fun incentives. Once you graduate the Academy they move you over to a team on the senior sales floor where you still receive constant coaching and support. The team environment is motivating and keeps each day exciting. Everyone is always there to lift you up and keep pushing you to succeed. The culture and environment here is like no other and I was lucky enough to find some of my closest friends at this role. Definitely a work hard play hard mentality where we celebrate the small and big wins daily.

Cons

It is a grind, there are going to be hard days where motivation is hard. It is very metrics focused and you will be cold-calling all day everyday. Kind of the typical entry level role that comes with sales.
