Pros
Met some fun people there
Cons
This company is extremely problematic. Very low pay, little opportunity for growth. Treatment toward employees has been sexist, racist, and based on favoritism. Other employees (including sales management) treat women inappropriately. When taking pto I would be interrogated about what I was doing/why I needed time off. Everyone is paid on commission “because sales is” (???) Not a practical way to pay any departments outside of sales. The “fun” pro’s you hear about during interview process are usually solely for the sales team - i.e. pool table, ping pong, pop-a-shot were seemingly off limits to non-sales teams. Also the big semiannual events are very problematic for the following reasons: I hate to have to say this but I would not advise any women go to these events unless they want to be hit on by coked-out sales guys. Employees are shamed if they can’t make it to the event. The event is just to praise the sales team and executives. The amount of money spent on event is absurd considering most of the employees are paid under 40k. Don’t listen to the filler reviews - They are likely added as fillers by someone in management to bring up the average rating
