Soulless - Server/Waiter PINS MECHANICAL Employee Review

If you work weekdays you may get paid as little as $8, $13 including base pay. I don’t recommend having open availability because you’ll get stuck with ALL of the closing shifts.. and the company pays you $5 to essentially be a janitor for 1.5 hours after your grueling 8 hour shift. The scheduling is wack. I’ve been scheduled multiple times with a closing and opening shift where I don’t leave until 3:30AM (or later) and then I’m opening the next day.. which only left me with 5 hours of sleep if you take into account essential human needs like showering, eating and decompressing. Many of my coworkers have been victim of the closing and opening shifts too. It’s a massive building, there’s a lot of tables to wipe, areas to sweep and trash cans to change. It takes a toll on your body that IS NOT worth the pay. Some of the managers are nice but I’ve had experiences where managers don’t treat you like a human being and it’s seems like they’re on some sort of weird power trip?? To sum it up RISE brands is a soulless corporate brand development company that doesn’t care about the employees, they’re fine with the high turnover rate. There’s better jobs out there.
