Pros

Caring co-workers, opportunities to learn new fields/ areas, room to advance with in the company, support from co-workers, benefits, caring owners who will always try to help in in a time of need. The owners always have an open door policy.

Cons

Job can be demanding at times and may require you to work late due to a clients schedule. This “con” comes with the field.

Been here for ten years, so they are obviously doing the right things. PJN is a "family" who look out for and help each other.
