Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at PJ Networks, before I moved out of Virginia. Engineers helped each other with projects and covered for each other when needed. Clients were always well taken care of. The owner really seemed to care about our well being. He was never mean or abusive, and actually has a pretty keen sense of humor. Plenty of room for advancement. Full benefits: paid vacation time, sick time, health and dental insurance, 401K retirement plan.

Cons

The job can be very demanding. The owner can be quite serious at times. Clients are given access to their primary engineers and can reach them directly 24/7, which can make it hard at times to plan for a relaxing weekend away from work, unless you let the rest of the team know that you were "going off the grid".

Pros

Caring co-workers, opportunities to learn new fields/ areas, room to advance with in the company, support from co-workers, benefits, caring owners who will always try to help in in a time of need. The owners always have an open door policy.

Cons

Job can be demanding at times and may require you to work late due to a clients schedule. This “con” comes with the field.
