Flat company structure. Hands off for the most part. The home office is very helpful for the sales force. Allowance for phone and internet. Paid gas.
Cons
Small company with very little support. Low salary and commison pay structure. No expense account, everything is paid out of pocket then reimbursed. Expense report is mailed in weekly, using Excel spreadsheets. Sales force has no structure, the managers are still selling and have no time to manage the sales force. Mandatory 2 night's per week overnight forces you to waste your time going overnight. Large territories witb little budget so you have to drive. Low per diem so you are stuck staying in low quality hotels and eating fast food because you can't eat actual meals. Car allowance is very low, doesn't cover car payments considering how much you are driving.
