Pros
health benefits are great, PTO is not bad (especially for young professionals). higher executives are kind, encouraging, motivating. unofficial mentorship is often offered, and folks are generally willing to help you speak with people of interest and network. their accessibility programs/accommodations are generally good. lots of community service opportunities as well.
Cons
lower/middle management is unprofessional, and very overloaded. work seems to be delegated to the wrong employees who cannot handle it. rampant laziness among middle management as well. lots of complaining and now with the RTO, it seems to be reaching a fever pitch. and yes… the pay could be higher. accessibility accommodations are good for backend employees but not folks in the branches or satellite offices, and this needs to change.
