Frequency of work varies Work on Friday & weekends Lots of physical labor Starting position sucks!!! Starting position (sub roadie) is viewed as replaceable. Some roadies may not treat you as respectfully as they should. Truly, it is NOT worth it to work here unless you plan on staying long enough to be promoted (5-10 ish gigs).
