Pros

They always pushed me to work hard. Everyday was a challenge but in a good way. I felt like my creative side was able to grow while I worked there.

Cons

Clients were sometimes unreasonable with requests.

Pros

Honestly, this place checks off most of the boxes on my "dream job" list. Top management definitely values longtime employees/loyalty to the company (which I appreciate) but promotions & rewards seem to be mostly based on work quality/merit. (Simply put: if you prove that you're willing to work hard & be a team player, you'll be rewarded accordingly.) Management typically gives the benefit of the doubt and will try to be understanding when it comes to absence, illness, etc. The office itself is nice & clean, providing a safe and healthy work environment. The company culture is innovative, fresh, and fun. In some ways, I think this is a company you'd expect to see in a larger/more forward-thinking city, which I think is a good thing. Overall, a really great place to work.

Cons

The workflow is pretty fast-paced and each day is different, which will be a challenge if you're big on routines and/or knowing exactly what to expect. Additionally, this company thrives on innovation & being on the cutting edge, so company structures, roles, job titles, and procedures are subject to change at a moment's notice. Again, this is only really a con if you are someone who does not easily cope with change and/or adopting new policies. The office is currently located downtown Lafayette so the parking situation is mostly nearby parking towers. Thus, you might have to walk 1-3 city blocks from your parking spot to the building, but this doesn't seem to be an issue for most current employees.
