      Pros

      The department I worked in was great. Everyone worked together to accomplish the goals in completing capital projects on time and in schedule

      Cons

      Change in Business plans made the work unbearable eventually leading to my lay-off. Business plans changed for the company unfortunately for me but it might be good for the company in the long run and of course for the investors
