      Social life / social budget is OK.

      Cons

      Bullying and nepotism are rife in this company in the UK. I'm actively seeking new emplyment. The main manager isn't very smart, and loves to surround himself with people who make him appear smarter than he is. Has been a revolving door for staff over the years, and i suspect this will continue indefinitely. Needs complete management change.

      Pros

      Great technical support, fast responses from colleagues, and products are superior to competitors. US Manager kept a decent office environment. They make an effort to implement employee's suggestions to improve benefits.

      Cons

      Zero career growth opportunities for majority of people even though you are told otherwise in the interview and throughout your time working for the company. Not a place for people-oriented, ambitious individuals excited about growing in a company or people who actively looks for feedback and progression with personal/professional development.
