Pros

Not much to share. Run away!!

Cons

I strongly advise anyone considering joining PRI Global to think twice and run the other way. This company, particularly under the leadership of its Chairman, is an environment that is toxic for senior-level professionals with experience and aspirations. The Chairman demonstrates no respect for talent or performance. Hiring and firing decisions are made impulsively, often without justification or consideration of an individual’s ability, contributions, or potential to grow the company. He expects blind obedience from his team and actively discourages independent thought, creativity, or meaningful contributions. In addition, constantly putting them under the bus makes me question my own ability most of my time here. Innovation and critical thinking are replaced by scripted directives from ChatGPT, which he relies on excessively and without a proper understanding of context or subject matter. There is a lack of clarity with basic examples like RACI and RBAC, and glaring missteps such as mistaking product companies for competitors when PRI Global is supposedly a services organization. Decisions are often based on poorly researched information (and the KNOW IT ALL attitude) rather than thoughtful strategy or collaborative input. Targets and goals are created arbitrarily without data, logic, or insight to back them up, and employees are expected to execute unrealistic expectations without question. More concerning is the blatant malpractice with usage of ChatGPT and disregard for ethical practices and data protection, putting clients and employees at risk. PRI Global’s current trajectory under this leadership is unsustainable. The culture is unethical (to say the least), the vision is nonexistent, and the leadership style is AUTHORITARIAN. If this direction continues, the company is destined to fail. For anyone seeking a role with growth, learning, or an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, this is not the place for you. AVOID PRI Global.

Pros

There are genuinely talented people throughout the company, and a couple leaders who are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly want to see the business improve. The hybrid work flexibility is a major benefit, and recent office updates have created a much nicer working environment. Many employees stay because of the people they work alongside.

Cons

Upper Management often operates with strong confidence and very little operational understanding of the work being performed. A major challenge is the disconnect between decision makers and the actual technical or functional reality of the business. There is a pattern of said management asking for expert input, then disregarding that expertise if it does not align with their own assumptions. Employees are frequently expected to reexplain foundational concepts, processes, and limitations that should already be understood at the executive level. This creates unnecessary inefficiency, frustration, and repeated rework. Role boundaries are often unclear, and it is common to be hired for one position but gradually expected to absorb the responsibilities of two or three others, without the title, support, or compensation reflecting that reality. High performers are often rewarded with more work rather than meaningful recognition or pay. Communication can feel reactive rather than strategic, with shifting direction, unclear expectations, and decisions driven more by ego than by informed process. It often feels like professionals are hired for their expertise, only to have that expertise questioned by people who do not fully understand the work themselves. The environment can become exhausting when accountability is uneven, trust is low, and leadership prioritizes control over competence. There is talent within the company, but long-term success becomes difficult when experienced people spend more time managing leadership confusion than actually doing the work they were hired to do.
