      Many of the EMTs and paramedics are good people. It makes the 8-11 hour shifts feel much shorter.

      Cons

      Management does not trust their employees, and employees do not trust management. There is an adversarial relationship between supervisors, management, dispatch, and field employees.

      If you are part time you can pick up shifts as needed and work full time hours.

      Cons

      To work CCT shifts you have to be full time
