Pros
Technically you get unlimited PTO but good luck using it during your mandatory 100 hour weeks. The CFO/COO at least decided to give me severance so I could keep my benefits to have the surgery I rescheduled for this demo next week.
Cons
Technical management is worse than useless. They are actively ruining the future of this company through terrible workplace practices (Agile doesn't exist, we were expected to be our own product manager despite having a full management structure for a small ~5 man team, I was acting as a team lead with no additional pay). I think this company is going to go down the tubes within a few months with the current CTO at the helm. I'm still not really sure what the tech management did other than come up with new requirements mid sprint and refuse to adjust priorities. They really care less than zero about their employees. For example, he promised a complete rewrite of our core product which took multiple years to build in 3 months. I worked an approximately 400 hour month and then was promptly fired after the initial working delivery. They laid off the entire US dev team and we all suspect they're outsourcing to India where working 100 hour weeks is expected and nobody will complain about it. Stay away if you value your sanity.
