      Pros

      PTI is a great place to work, and United Companies overall is really great to its employees. Pay is good, benefits are great, and the owner is generous.

      Cons

      Cross training is nice, but sometimes it can be overwhelming to do all kinds of little odd jobs for other people.

      Drive all over N. CA picking up and dropping off crews to operate Union Pacific Rail.

      Back to back trips, Speeding isn't liked by the managers!!

      Pros

      Seeing all the railroad territory, learning some railroad ops, some crews are cool.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management, low pay, trash union, annoying trips to the west suburbs all the time, drivers late to relieve, drive cameras are oppressive and AI.
