Flexi time (can take up to 1 full day or 2 half days a month. Hybrid working. Working hours. 7.15 hours per day plus 30 min lunch. So full day is 7hrs 45 mins. Great culture. Genuine , nice and hard working colleagues.
Cons
Usually a shortage of resources, leading to extra stress and pressure on current staff. Salary should be higher.
