Good work life balance (36.25 hours) with flexitime, 4 days WFH - Analyst PTSB Employee Review

- Definitely a lot of 'lifers', old processes and very old systems - Heads of departments are often rude and condescending, I witnessed them shhing and dismissing people in meetings and some horrific feedback on reply all emails. - St Stephen's Green head office is falling apart, not exactly a nice work environment although they are gradually improving it. - tech in the office can be hit and miss, but was provided everything I needed for WFH.
