Pros
PURE is a company that is different than anywhere I have ever worked. The care and compassion I see on a daily basis from nearly everyone at this organization makes me proud to work here. This is a great company for someone to start their career in insurance with plenty of options for advancement. It's also a wonderful place to continue to grow your career if you come here with prior experience. I am thrilled that I made the choice to join PURE and I look forward to many more years of success.
Cons
PURE has high standards and seems to push people to be their best selves and do their best work. Sometimes that can feel uncomfortable to be pushed out of your comfort zone, but it's rarely something people regret.
